    Excellent service. Our family loves going to come to both Dr. Bishoy Marcus and Dr. Katherine Ryan. They both are great. They always give their best to provide all the relevant information and not just giving medicine after medicines/ antibiotics. The receptionist, moreover Maria is so friendly. One day my son (when he was 14 th months old) vomitted just before we went to see the doctor and Maria went 110%, given us the thinga we needed, some blue cloth chux and plastic bags. She knew exactly what we needed at that time- less stress for me as a mum :)

    I never wait very long 10 min Max if very busy. The receptionists are lovely and so are the doctors. It's a nice environment and they have been very helpful to me.

    I Waited for a hour got told i was next then watch 2 more people go in front of me and waited another for another 20mins never coming here again. Service is crap
