  My mum took her phone to this shop on Saturday last week because she had a problem with the screen, the lady which help her was very nice and was able to transfer all of the data from my mums old phone to a loan phone. My mum was notified that she could pick the phone up on Monday. We went this morning and when we got there the man who "helped" my mum was very rude, did not give any advice. He used my mums mobile data which

  costs her money even though there is free wifi in the shopping centre, and he did not put the photos that my mum took on the loan phone throughout the week on her old phone. He has left apps downloading and he has lost all the recent data. This has left my mum with nothing that she had before. All her ringtones, wallapapers, everything GONE. The man who served us was very disrespectful and rude and my mum is now left with none of her old apps or accounts on her phone

  Worst phone customer service!!!! Cannot put you through to the store or even tell you if that store has the product in store!!! In this day and age with all the technology available, i cant believe how backwards they are!!!!
