  I pulled up, pressed their buzzer, waited and waited until finally someone answered, and after waiting some more, a girl appears at the door asks for my receipt and closes the door in my face! She reappears and I ask when do I drive in. Oh I'm not allowed in their loading dock it's against the rules. And this is despite me having a list of rules in writing for parking IN their dock. So not only am I left outside, there's nowhere to park except on the footpath where I blocked pedestrians.

  After paying for the item I opted to come back later when I had a vehicle to take this home. I was given a list of rules and directions for where I had to go and what I was allowed to do and not allowed while in their loading dock such as where to park, engine can't be left running, children had to stay in the car etc etc.

  Won't buy anything from there again and certainly won't use their parcel pick-up service. If I can't carry it home then and there, it won't get purchased. Their loss, not mine.

  I sent Target an email about it and I got some reply which may have been their attempt at an apology I'm not sure.

  Well as it turns out, you can't even get into the loading dock they leave you outside as if you're scum!

  I decided one day to use their parcel pick-up service as I had purchased something oversized and couldn't take this on the train. Never again will I use this service after the debacle that they put me through.
