  Called up and got a car straight away, was in and out within 10mins and drove away. Returning the car was even quicker. Just waiting on my bond refund. Thanks Thrifty Liverpool =)

  Booked a car with Hertz smithfield on Saturday and had a really bad experience! almost ruined our family getaway. called Thrifty straight after who went above and beyond to fix us up with 2 great cars! the guy even stayed back for us so we can organise someone else to pick up the second car. They honestly saved our trip! We would have lost so much money had they not helped us out. Great team very friendly and professional!

  Don't believe the 3.0 Rating. Maybe in the past there were problem. Now a very good place. Got size car I want, good price, easy paperwork, friendly staff. Thank you Flosa!

  Car was filthy, they gave me Hundai accent while I booked corolla and when I asked why they said the corolla need service and asked them if price would be the same they said this is considered a free upgrade which is obvious lie. The car they gave me was gutless, no cruise control and beside being filthy one quarter of the fuel was missing. I just don't appreciate when someone is dishonest and they were on multiple things
