  I am appalled with this specific bank. The people are rude and disgusting. I have dealt with two females, one name Mona Ivanovic ., the other I am not sure, Mona is the most unhelpful person I have ever met. She thinks the money is hers, shes just an employee who doesn't know how to do her job and I hope to god she resigns. Complete useless person. She doesn't help anyone! I am appalled with her. Mona Ivanovic please leave the bank.

  MONA- she Is THE WORST PERSON YOU CAN EVER TALK TO. SHE IS SUPER LAZY AND RUDE!!!!!!! It took her 2 weeks for her to apply something for me. She is rude and lazy. Never entering this bank again

  Absolutely shocking in the past week I have come in 4 times to resolve a credit card application and after 1 week of no response I call the head office only to find out that the Branch in Liverpool had done absolutely nothing in terms of resolving the issues. Worst service and 1 hour wait time each visit!
